The Heart of Bright Literacy
My mission is to provide personalized, evidence-based intervention that supports students with dyslexia and other reading challenges. I strive to create a safe and encouraging environment where learners feel empowered to grow, overcome obstacles, and develop lifelong literacy skills.
Through patience, understanding, and proven instructional methods, I aim to unlock each student’s potential, fostering both academic success and self-confidence.

Hi, I'm Nancy Razo
I am a certified teacher and dyslexia interventionist with 15 years of experience. As a wife, mother of three, and a neurodivergent individual, I am deeply passionate about helping students overcome literacy challenges.
After witnessing how traditional teaching methods can create gaps in learning, I was motivated to find more effective ways to support all students. I pursued specialized training in the Orton-Gillingham approach, structured literacy programs, and the EBLI (Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction) Speech-to-Print program. This ensures that every child receives explicit and systematic instruction in reading, writing, and spelling.
I am excited to help students build confidence and reach their full potential.

A child who reads will be an adult who thinks.

Ms Nancy has been wonderful, she helped my daughter be at grade level and now she is helping my son. We are grateful for all her hard work and dedication to our kids.

Nancy is the best tutor! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds with her reading since she first started working with her. Even after my daughter has completed her remediation, we still come back for additional support to keep her maintaining, that’s how much she loves working with Nancy. Not only is Nancy great with instruction but she’s excellent at motivating students to always do their best.

My daughter has been receding reading interventions since 1st grade, her process is incredible. Mrs Nancy was able to find a work plan suitable for her and her speech delay. Now she’s reading and her self confidence has improved so much. Highly highly recommend!
